TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The images in price list / catalogue are for representational purpose only. Product dimensions and colour may vary from that shown in catalogue.

2. Customers are advised to buy a physical sample before placing the final order of the product for smoother transaction.

3. In case of purchase of any fixture with dimmable driver, the customers are advised to check the “Automation Compatibility” by buying a sample first to avoid any issue later and also check the driver’s “Fixture Cut-Out” compatibility as some of the drivers may not go inside the cut out made for the fixture and needs to be kept at a suitable distance.

4. The company reserves the right to withdraw any product from the market or change the prices without giving any notice.

5. Warranty: a. All indoor products are covered under warranty for 2 years (24 months) against any manufacturing defects. b. The replacement within warranty shall be for driver or LED fixtures whichever is defective.

6. Warranty Would Be Void If: a. Product is exposed to high voltage surge. b. Any drilling or welding opera on is carried a er installation of fixture.

7. In case of any malfunctioning of product the company’s liability would be limited to the replacement of the product.

8. Return Policy: Material Returned will not be accepted unless the goods are defective and under warranty. The customer has to inform in writing prior to sending defective material.

9. Packing: Customer should send material along with proper invoice for repair with appropriate packing/protec on so that product doesn’t get damaged in transit.

10. Shortage: If any issue / physical damage / mismatch occurs in dispatched material customer should inform within a day of receipt of material.

11. All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction
